10 Rare Video Game Console Variants You Might Actually Own

4. Star Wars Battlefront Darth Vader PS4

PS4 PS1 20th Anniversary
Lucasfilm

Launched in late 2015 alongside EA's Star Wars Battlefront reboot, the premium edition Darth Vader PS4 is a Force to be reckoned with (not even sorry).

With an imposing Darth Vader design on the console itself, and a controller coloured after the Dark Lord's chest-mounted control box, this edition costs around £50 more than the standard PS4 Battlefront bundle at launch.

Bundled with the new Battlefront game and also including digital versions of Super Star Wars, Star Wars: Racer Revenge, Jedi Starfighter & Star Wars Bounty Hunter, this edition is well worth its price to Star Wars fans and was produced in numbers which ensured modest availability at launch.

Are you one of the lucky (Wookie?) minority who already have one and are happily using it as your primary console? Maybe consider putting it back in its box or on display, and definitely keep it away from younglings.

If, however, you're one of the many who currently do not own this edition and are looking to buy a new and sealed version, expect to part with at least eight hundred Republic Credits, with unsealed or preowned versions coming in closer to the five hundred mark online.

Most impressive.
