Like Baldur's Gate 3, Divinity: Original Sin 2 offers a nice selection of endings based on your choices. Naturally, some are better than others, with a few offering temporary peace to the land of Rivellon and others plunging it into an even deeper conflict. The very few players who made this choice should feel a tinge of guilt right now as they land on the latter.
The Angel and Demon ending is a conclusion to this story that requires you to put your trust in The Doctor, a character who plays a major role in Lohse's personal quest. Despite the helpful-sounding title, this Doctor is not all he seems, as he's actually the demon Adramahlikh.
This demonic Dr. offers you a pact, allowing you to ascend to divinity together. If you choose to accept and honour this deal, the Doctor will appear in the final battle and you'll share the coveted divinity. Of course, doing so means siding with a literal demon and causing chaos down the line. Regarding the numbers, this demonic finale was only chosen by 7.2% on PlayStation, 2% on Xbox, and 1.3% on Steam. That's not so bad then.
