5. Outlast Bundle Of Terror (Murkoff Briefcase Edition)
The "Murkoff Briefcase Edition" edition of Outlast 1 and 2 came out for the Switch in October 2018, a bundle edition of both games with all their respective DLC.
The special edition launched on the Limited Run Games website with a few extras to entice Outlast fans, like some cool posters, a soundtrack, and even an exclusive graphic novel entitled "The Murkoff Account". If you were lucky enough to catch this collection when it went live, you could grab it for the low cost of $99 - which honestly, is probably the fairest priced game on the list.
If you were to try and get a copy of the bundle now though, you'd be looking at dropping something closer to $400. The price has been jumping around a lot in the past year, anywhere from about $250 to $600, but it seems like it's finally evened out a cool $400.
Also, unlike a lot of the games on Limited Run, the Murkoff Briefcase edition was publicly limited to only 2,000 copies. Considering Outlast is one of the most popular new horror IPs to come out in the last ten years, it's no surprise that all of these were grabbed immediately upon release.
