10 Reasons Bloodborne Is Better Than Dark Souls III
8. Back-stabs Aren't Nearly As Cheap
In Dark Souls, back-stabs are as devastating as they are easy to perform. You simply circle around an enemy until they present their vulnerable backside and press the attack button.
Things are a little more complicated in Bloodborne. While back-stabs are still possible, actually performing one requires much more finesse. By turning back-stabs into a multi-step process, Bloodborne replaces one of the cheapest aspects of Dark Souls with one that provides a genuine sense of accomplishment, as well as a powerful attack.
Anyone that loses a Dark Souls III PvP match thanks to the relative ease of the back-stab maneuver will instantly wish the game had taken a page out of Bloodborne's playbook.
