10 Reasons Bloodborne Is Better Than Dark Souls III
3. Faster Combat
Once upon a time, Dark Souls was praised for its methodical combat that emphasized strategy in a way that few other games that put a sword or blunt object in your hands ever do. Its still one of the best out there.
But Bloodborne sets a new standard. It requires no less strategy and skill than Dark Souls, but it is able to execute those qualities at a much faster pace. Here you must be able to constantly think on the fly, as moments of consideration are few and far between.
While some may deem this to be a simple difference in styles, Bloodborne manages to retain many of the best elements of Dark Souls combat, while turning the speed up to 11.
