Another incredibly basic feature that Watch Dogs lacks is the ability to jump. Some may argue that nobody ever did anything amazing in GTA V with the jump button, and aside from being wrong, they're missing the point that it denies players a basic human action, something that has been taken for granted by gamers for years, just as it should be. This is especially infuriating during some of the game's platforming puzzle sequences, where the ability to jump would have made things so much easier, but instead, we're left to assume that Aiden is some sort of freak who can survive brutal bike accidents without a scratch yet is unable to just leap between shipping containers to climb up a building. It's hard to think of the game in any way as revolutionary when it can't even get this right.
