10 Reasons Why Sea Of Thieves Deserves A Second Chance
2. There's Always A Challenge For Seasoned Players, Too
Even after your crew have hit the
status of legendary pirates, there are still plenty of challenges out there on
the seas suitable for seasoned Sea Dogs like yourselves.
Alongside pouring in the dozens of hours needed to unlock the ridiculous amounts of commendations, why not try your luck at completing the formidable Fort Of The Damned? Requiring all six Flames Of Fate and a Ritual Skull to even begin, this demanding skeleton fort will pit you against waves of skeletons that need the corresponding coloured light shined on them from your lantern before they can be damaged. It’s a lot harder than the regular skeleton forts, but the reward is a lot bigger, too, if you can take down the boss and salvage the key.
Be warned, though, starting this fort will place a huge target on your back in the form of a giant skull in the sky that lets other players know there’s loot ready for the taking.
Once you get the hang of this fort, then you’re ready to start stealing this precious loot from other crews without doing any of the hard work yourself. You'll make plenty of enemies, but who said pirates needed friends?
