6. The Roster Would Be Huge
2K Games have made a huge amount of noise over the roster size for WWE 2K16. It's impressive stuff, but a lot of gamers can't help but wonder why 2K15 didn't have the same treatment? Yes, the development house were probably finding their feet with new hardware, but the first WWE game on next-generation consoles should have been much better. By the time WCW vanquished in 2001, the sheer amount of wrestlers the company had used was insane. At one point, it's estimated that the promotion had well over 200 performers under contract, which is an astounding number. Obviously, a lot of those names wouldn't be crucial to a WCW game's success, but there would be more than enough to work with for 2K. From early-90's stars such as Big Van Vader and a blonde-haired Steve Austin, to the likes of DDP, Sting and Hollywood Hogan, there are so many options. Picture being able to play with the wealth of choices WCW used to have at their disposal. Games such as WCW Nitro and Thunder had amazing rosters, the games themselves simply weren't up to scratch.
