10 Reasons WWE 2K17 Must Be A WCW Video Game

5. Playing Goldberg's Winning Streak Would Rule

Bill Goldberg rose from relative obscurity to become an absolute superstar in WCW. Less than one year after his debut in 1997, Goldberg was one of the hottest names in the entire company, and well on his way to making those in charge a boat load of cash. A career retrospective of the phenomenon may not be as lengthy as one on Steve Austin, but it's no less valid. Perhaps 2K could implement a 'Streak' feature, one which sees Goldberg in many of the most important wins he had on WCW television and Pay-Per-View. Some of his matches were admittedly against those fans may not wish to play as, such as Scotty Riggs and Mark Starr, but there are enough major choices to make it worthwhile. Huge victories against the likes of Konnan, Raven and even Hollywood Hogan littered his winning run. All would be great to play, and would delight a generation of fans who were there to witness it first hand. Once again, it'd also be somewhat of a history lesson for those who weren't, and maybe don't understand just how big of a deal Goldberg was during his heyday.
