The Still Life games aren't know particularly widely, but within just two games they managed to cultivate a pretty hardcore following thanks to an incredibly intense first instalment that when all was said and done, had the restraint to not reveal the killer's true identity. Jumping between FBI agent Victoria McPherson and her grandfather Gustav, in the sequel you'd actually play as one of the killer's eventual victims, shining a pretty unique light on how these sorts of storylines can play out. The biggest revelations would come in part two, wrapping up the trilogy of both Still Life titles and the spiritual-original Post Mortem in a really brilliant way. If you were intrigued and enjoyed things like L.A. Noire's gripping atmosphere but want a game that knows how to handle itself, these are just right.
