10 Secret Video Game Areas You Weren't Meant To Find

5. The Unused Jungle Book World In Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep

Much like BioShock Infinite, the Kingdom Hearts series has a ton of unused content to its name. A playable area centred around the famous Disney castle was removed from the first game in the series, and throughout its history, a lot of characters, alternate models, songs, summons, and levels have been chopped from the final products.

But one of the most substantial bits of axed content - and one that can still be accessed to this day - is the scrapped Jungle Book world from Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep. Originally intended to be fully playable, the world was based on Disney's The Jungle Book, and would've allowed players to explore famous locations from the movie, such as King Louie's throne room.

The area is semi-finished - there are trees, flowers, vines and stones, all textured to an acceptable quality - but it's also completely empty, and essentially remains as a shell environment. This indicates that it didn't come close to appearing in the final build, and was likely something that was removed early on.
