10 Simple Video Games That Are Too Brutal To Master

3. Bayonetta

Like Devil May Cry, Bayonetta is fairly manageable on the easiest difficulty settings; the combos are easier to execute, and enemies don€™t pose too much of a threat. The game lulls you into a false sense of security, and then throws everything at you (including the kitchen sink) later on in the game. On the higher difficulty settings, the final few stages of the game are downright impossible; well, not quite, but close enough.

The final boss especially will take everything you€™ve got. Jubileus, The Creator is astoundingly difficult, and basically impossible to defeat on the top difficulty. She has multiple forms and her attacks are fatal; the battle is divided into five sections, and the final stage is absolutely bonkers, both visually and in terms of actually beating the damn thing.
