The archery skill tree was given a real shot in the arm following the release of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, and is still one of the most easily leveled and overpowered skill trees in the game. Bows are found in almost every dungeon and are available to buy in almost every town, so upgrading a player's arsenal so that they are always able to perk up their skill tree is an easy feat.

Once a player reaches level 100 with their bow, they have the option to purchase the Bullseye perk. The perk carries a 15% chance of casting a paralysis spell on any enemy the player fires at, paralysing them for a handful of seconds.

And whilst there are times where the paralysis spell can drop an opponent to the floor before the arrow hits them, the ability to infinitely keep someone paralysed is nothing short of game-breaking.

The perk arguably works even better against the tougher opponents with higher health stats, with those foes only needing a couple of arrows before they go down and players can keep them paralysed by peppering them with shots without ever having to worry about them getting up.
