Lethal shadow strike is a wraith ability Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, and allows players to use the overpowered ability of teleporting to opponents and instantly kill them.

The upgrade doesn't replace the shadow strike ability in the game, meaning players can still stealthily teleport around foes a long-distance away without killing them. And just like with that ability, lethal shadow strike requires two Elf-shots to use.

However, whilst lethal shadow strike is already one of the most OP abilities in the game, there are a handful of perks it can be easily combined with to take things into the game-breaking territory. Purchasing the Flame of Azkar and Knight of Eregion perks allows players to have rinse and repeat a process of chaining instant-kills onto nearby enemies (Flame of Azkar allows for 15 seconds of unlimited Elf-shots, and Knight of Eregion grants +1 Elf Shot on every shadow strike kill).

This combination is at its best when facing multiple enemies, and completely takes away any sort of challenge, with players teleporting from opponent to opponent, chaining executions in a potentially never-ending sequence of instant death.
