3. The Danny Trejo Mission - Far Cry 6
Now, it wasn't at all a secret that Danny Trejo would be appearing in Far Cry 6, given that Ubisoft announced this prior to the game's release as part of their content roadmap.
But we weren't supposed to get our hands on it quite so soon, as in a November 2021 update mere weeks after the game's launch, a bonus mission starring the Machete actor was inadvertently released early for all to play.
The mission, called "Dani & Danny Vs Everybody," involves players protecting Trejo while he cooks up some tacos, because why the hell not?
But rather than simply let the premature content drop lie, Ubisoft ended up releasing another update which revoked access to the sortie.
The "final version" of the mission - implying that the leaked one was an incomplete build - was released the very next month, but due to the limited licensing agreement between Trejo and Ubisoft, it was permanently removed from the game a year later. Boo!
