3. One Of The Game's Best Guns Is Just Laying On The Ground
Throughout most of the Borderlands franchise's quests, you'll find yourself rewarded with weapons. In fact, getting a special type of weapon is often the main reason a player takes on a difficult quest, and the games are filled with them. Getting to that one particular weapon that will elevate your ability to waste enemies is a driving force of the game.
In Borderlands 2, it's no different. You'll find yourself grinding in one area or another to unlock some awesome gear, but would you believe that one of the best guns in the entire game is just laying around for you to trip over?
The next time you're playing and find yourself in Frostburn Canyon, head to the East. Go exploring in the caves until you stumble across a weapon lying on the ground. Once you pick it up, you'll have stumbled upon the Lascaux submachine gun, and this thing is a beast!
The gun fires two bullets per shot, it can fire at burst when zoomed in, and each trigger pull can reasonably fire off upwards of 30 rounds at a single target. It's easily one of the most powerful guns in the game, and it's just lying in a shallow pool waiting for someone to pick it up.
