What use are moderately pleasing aesthetics when the gameplay is terrible? The videos don't exactly show the gameplay in depth, but it's enough to see that it was nothing to write home about. It's not too dissimilar to a cross between the gameplay in Injustice: Gods Among Us and Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe, but a bit more clunky.
