10 Times Video Game Heroes Messed With Time Travel

5. Titanfall 2

Life Is Strange

Titanfall 2's story is a highly underrated one that is well worth playing for the slick level design and a wonderful partnership between man and machine. Levels can have a unique mechanic that lasts for a limited time, perhaps the most memorable of which is time travelling.

During the level Effect And Cause, the game's protagonist Jack Cooper enters a facility with the intention of meeting up with Major Anderson. He begins to see strange anomalies of the past, before the facility was left in ruins. Eventually he finds Anderson who maybe died while attempting to manipulate time to execute a wall glitch.

Before long, Cooper gets access to a device that allows him to freely warp through time to defeat enemies and get past obstacles in both the past and the present. Time travel is the key to taking down enemies quickly, since you can hide behind cover in the past, warp to get a better spot and flank them in the present.
