Ah yes, anti-consumerism at its finest. Why give loyal fans the opportunity to part with some cash for nostalgia's sake when you can abuse the popularity of a bonafide classic to peddle more copies of a game that same audience has no interest in buying?

No. The whole sorry affair stank to high heaven from day one and consumers were having none of it. Besides denying itself of potential sales by pairing Modern Warfare Remastered with Infinite Warfare, Activision proved it had absolutely no respect for its customers, but hey, why stop there, right?

Go the extra mile and re-release the map pack for a 10-year-old game, not just with a price tag, but one with more numbers than the original. That'll win the naysayers back around, for sure.

Activision may as well have attached milking equipment to our areolas, it would have been far less insulting than the reality.
