10 Triple-A Video Games That Stayed Broken

9. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

Near the bottom of the list, since across the last decade, Skyrim has been heavily patched to remove the worst of the bugs. However, it is still a Bethesda game, and Bethesda games will always be a little bit broken. It's just the law of the universe.

Playing Skyrim now, you'll rarely run across the sheer breadth of glitches that plagued TES V on its original release. But oh, when they show up, you'll know it. From texture glitches that plague every Bethesda game, to important quest items just not showing up, to a particularly annoying audio bug that recently cost me HOURS of progress. Turns out the only way to fix it was to go back to a previous autosave near the beginning of the dungeon I was in at the time.

Skyrim remains one of the most fun and popular RPGs ever made, but my word is it still riddled with issues to this day.
