10 Truly Terrible Video Game Covers

1. My Ballet Studio

This one really does all the work for you, doesn't it? For starters, the layout of the cover is horrible from top to bottom; it is completely unimaginative and woefully generic. Also, the background is clearly a stock image that doesn't even look real; I've seen more authentic backdrops in video games well over a decade old. Enhancing the phony creepiness of the whole thing is the fact that the mother and daughter are clearly Photoshopped in, probably having never actually stood next to each other in real life. Add to this the poor choice of image for the young girl; it appears that not only is she missing her right arm, but there is no thumb on her remaining hand. Poor lass, and whoever the sick person who concocted this monstrosity is, if anyone ever allows them to work in the industry again...well, it would be far too soon. Were we too harsh on any of these covers? Or are there any we missed? Let us know in the comments below.
