9. Splinter Cell
Ubisoft have been having a whale of a time teasing the return of Sam Fisher, but there's not been any proper payoff.
In fact, the only Splinter Cell things we've seen lately have been related to a weird Ubisoft mobile game and a cameo mission in Ghost Recon.
It seems massively unlikely that a new Splinter Cell isn't in the works somehow though, as there's a fair bit of evidence pointing towards it.
The biggest bit of evidence comes from a Walmart leak last E3 that revealed a bunch of games that were still in development and were unannounced. Almost all of them got confirmed besides Splinter Cell, which seems like more of a timing thing than a complete redaction.
Combine that with some weird, quickly covered up tweets that seemed to confirm that a new Splinter Cell was in the works and it seems like we'll be seeing those night vision goggles sooner than we might think.
