7. Cosmic Fantasy 2
Speaking of things that aren't Star Wars, here's a cover for a game that clearly attempts to copy the dramatic posing of its characters with the villain ominously overlooking them from that film's iconic posters. Except, it's pretty obviously been drawn by someone with less than professional artistic credentials. You know this is an RPG created in Japan because it has a crazy little cat thing right next to She-Ra and the Red Ranger. The villain, Galam, is holding the world in one hand an a girl in a giant bubble in another, as if asking the gamer which they think is more important: saving the world or saving the almost world-sized giant freak girl? Perhaps we should actually be thanking Galam for saving us from this enormous giant who's been crushing our crops and peeing in our oceans? Here's a fun fact: this game was released in North America with a lot of adult content that was uncensored, somewhat unthinkably for modern gamers.
