10 Video Game Achievements That RUIN The Game

Do you like real-time strategy games? If so, do you play them to test your management skills against worthy opponents, get a sense of satisfaction from building an impressive economy, or maybe to click a single button thousands of times while paying minimal attention to what's going on on the screen?

The developers of Command & Conquer 3 seem to think it's the latter, if their achievement "Welcome to 2047" is anything to go by.

In reference to the year the game takes place, the achievement is obtained by... clicking the A button 2047 times. Fun!

There's no in-game counter telling you how many times you've pressed the button, and because the achievement is received for getting the EXACT number, you're forced to do the counting in your head. In the meantime, you also have to play a regular round of Command & Conquer 3, and to make things even more interesting, if you thought you could make things easier by playing on the lowest difficulty setting, a typical round on easy mode ends far too quickly for you to get enough clicks in.
