The first Dark Souls instalment, itself a sequel to Demon's Souls, became (in)famously known for it's extreme difficulty and constant f**king death, and f**king stupid f**king enemies that won't f**king die, f**k off!!
*Cough* Anyway...
The second edition of the much-loved sword-slashing RPG was released a few years later, and very much carried the same baton of death and pain for its players. In a little nod to their own treachery, the developers added one achievement that pretty much every player could get immediately without even trying, or knowing about it for that matter.
The achievement, comically and justly titled 'This Is Dark Souls,' pops when you die for the very first time in the game.
An inevitable accomplishment that is as funny as it is cruel, representing the now mythical and over the top assumptions about the games frustration and hardship.
