The Simpsons Game remains popular from many childhoods of the mid-2000s, not taking itself too seriously as a fun adventure runaround involving everyone's favourite (at the time, maybe not so much now!) cartoon family. It was wholesome fun for the generations who had grown up on the show.

What's not so wholesome is being made to let yourself die, or kill yourself, ten times in order to bag an achievement.

The challenge itself isn't overly difficult, if you don't just get it naturally while playing the story you can throw yourself into some lava, walk into lasers or just generally get hit and/or shot at will.

Being mostly a comedy-based game, it just feels a little morbid and out of place for such a silly and generally fun title. In any case, committing suicide takes nothing away from the enjoyment of the game.
