10 Video Game Achievements You Literally Had To Die For

Achievement: Just A Machine

A slightly complicated entry for a slightly complicated game that, while certainly not being the greatest thing ever created, is definitely worth a play through for it's unique concept, decision-based game play that alters the story line as you go, and the interesting moral metaphors that encompass the story arcs.

Detroit: Become Human sees the player controlling any of three main characters who are androids in a world where their kind look to be on the brink of an uprising, leaving their lives of being human aids as they become autonomous. At the games beginning, most androids are still very much a part of society, working as anything from house cleaners to police investigators.

Which is where one of the main characters, Connor, comes into play.

His story arc revolves around him partnering up with an android-hating alcoholic named Hank, who is reluctantly forced to work with Connor to investigate the aforementioned uprising of deviant androids. The 'Just A Machine' achievement basically tasks you with making sure Hank kills you.

How you may ask? By gradually pissing him off so much throughout the game, being mean and rude to him at every turn, that he cracks at the end of the arc and shoots you in the face. Your trophy is provoking an alcoholic to such a degree that he puts a bullet in your head.

Charming.
