10 Video Game Characters Fans OBSESSED Over

Borderlands is stuffed to the brim with hilarious personalities. Tiny Tina, Ellie, Cl4P-TP, and Handsome Jack are but a handful of entertaining characters you interact with throughout your playthrough.

But there's one character that became more popular than the developers could've imagined. Every time you enter a new area, there's a good chance a horde of masked bandits called Psychos will appear out of nowhere to hamper your mission.

Because these psychotic...um... Psychos has been used for the cover art for all three official Borderland titles, you would assume these maniacal nomads play a pivotal role in the plot. If you hadn't played the games, you might think the Psycho is a main character since he's used so often in the promos!

Ironically, the Psychos are among the most primitive enemies in the game. They are to Borderlands what Goombas are to Super Mario. They are just there to serve as cannon fodder. But despite bearing little threat, fans love the design of the Psycho's simple but haunting mask.

Due to his popularity, these Mad Max-like outlanders are ever present in promotions, trailers, and posters.
