10 Video Game Console Features NOBODY Used
1. Printer Support - PlayStation 3
Of all the quirky and bizarre peripherals consoles have supported over the years, perhaps the very weirdest piece of hardware might be... your printer. Yup.
Though the PS2 actually had incredibly limited printer support, the PS3 was able to connect to a far wider variety of printers such as HP, Canon, and Epson, either by USB or over WiFi. By inserting a USB containing images into the PS3, players could print images as they would on a conventional PC.
Unsurprisingly this was an incredibly niche feature given the increasing adoption of personal computers throughout the 2000s, and by the time the smartphone revolution changed how we all viewed images anyway, it was basically completely moot.
As such the PS4 shipped with no such compatibility, to the disappointment of absolutely nobody.
