Hmm... not exactly. We heard that the war has claimed the lives of 23 billion people, and while I’m sure there’s still tonnes of people left spread across all of the colonised planets, that number is going to have a significant impact on human economy. Hell, things might be so bad that it sets farming and transport back hundreds of years, meaning colonies that rely on supplies simply die out.

Obviously this is just speculation, but one has to imagine that things aren’t going to be all rainbow rhythms just because a ceasefire has been called.
