10 Video Game Mini-Games Discovered YEARS Later

Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Double Agent was released in 2006, and four years later two developers who worked on the game decided to lift the lid on a secret seal-liberating co-op mini-game, while expressing disappointment that no players seemed to have found it themselves.

As it turns out, during the co-op mission in Ellsworth Prison, you need to shoot a locker in the guard's room in Prison A, which will contain a large coin.

This coin can be used in a vending machine earlier in the level, where you'll meet a seal, Muffin, who will ask you to seek out their four seal pals, Cookie, Buddy, Pepperoni, and Vanilla.

And so, you'll need to venture around the area in search of the seals, often fetching items to appease them.

Once you've rescued the lot, you'll be greeted by the seal princess, who will thank you for your efforts before zipping off to her home planet, as you do.

Considering that thoroughly dedicated players will try to interact with everything in a game map, it's honestly pretty surprising that nobody found this entirely by themselves.
