10 Video Game Mistakes You Can't Unsee

Speed running strategies can have long lasting or game breaking effects on a title. Some make you run faster, some help you traverse stairs, others turn Gordon Freeman into the human version of a rocket. However, the Ditman Glitch, well known for making Leon walk at almost double his usual speed, can interact poorly with certain in-game entities.

For example, when Leon and Ashley get on the jet-ski, it duplicates, spawning another in the same location they mounted the vehicle.

Not everyone is into glitches, though and given the tricky nature of performing it, we’ve got an extra point for Resident Evil 4.

Less of a mistake and more of a potential conspiracy. Resident Evil 4’s merchant, shrouded in a hood and mask, is argued to be infected. At certain points in the game his eyes glow red, similar to many of the zombies Leon kills. It’s also been stated by a few crafty players that, in some builds of the game, his model has remnants of the parasite inside his coat.

Maybe not a total mistake, but a walking talking zombie? That's never been followed up on, and I doubt you'll want to be getting close to the merchant anymore.
