Is there anything creepier than the thought of a moving mannequin behind your back? Well, in the first Condemned game, that exact situation happened.

You know, a place called Bart's Department Store doesn't sound all that terrifying. Boy, were we wrong on that one. Mannequins, mannequins everywhere.

The story has been shut down for ten years, now serving as a crack den to the city's homeless population. These homeless, crack-addicted denizens actually make up the mannequin population, too. You see, in their drug-fueled haze, they took up the clothing of those around them, broke the faces off and wore them as their own. They then proceed to attack when you least expect it.
