While it may be fun to stay up all night, avoid sunlight and drink as much blood as possible - here it is not. Okay, so maybe the drinking blood part isn’t much fun, but the other two are.

This is the drawback of what you’ll experience if your contract Vampirism in Skyrim. A disease which will over take the body if not cured within three days. In a world where it’s hard to get a memo processed within that time frame, it’s probably not very likely.

Once you’ve failed to find a said cure, you’ll find that sunlight is now your mortal enemy, you’ll be on a constant quest for blood, and the population will witch-hunt you out of every living quarters you try and mark as your own.

While our world may become more socially detached from the outside world by making multimedia entertainment available on the fly in your own home, you’re probably not going to get a carton of blood from your local supermarket.

While this initially may seem to have more perks than disadvantages, it won’t be long till the honeymoon period fades and you’re left with an insatiable thirst.
