7. Underage Nudity - The Guy Game

Get ready to cringe yourself into a fist with this one. The Guy Game was an "adult" video game released in 2004 - a multiplayer trivia game in which players watch live-action clips of bikini-clad women answering trivia questions while attempting to guess whether they get the answers right or not.

If one of the ladies gets a question wrong, their penalty is to show their breasts, and as players make progress throughout the game, the level of nudity becomes increasingly less-obscured, from initially being digitally blurred to eventually fully uncovered.

While the live-action clips were filmed during spring break under the belief that everyone involved was 18 years of age or over, several months after the game's release one of the participants revealed both that she didn't know the video of her topless would be used in the game, and that she was just 17 years old at the time, making her underage.

The girl filed a lawsuit against the comically-monikered Topheavy Studios as well as an injunction temporarily preventing the game's sale, effectively killing its commercial prospects.

In an attempt to recoup their losses, Topheavy then released a DVD, The Guy Game: Game Over, containing footage filmed for the game, albeit with all clips featuring the 17-year-old removed.
