Although the Lego games are known for their wonderfully silly humour and fun but simple gameplay. What these games lack in complexity, they more than make-up for in depth, with dozens of collectables to find and puzzles to solve within each of the levels.

Sometimes, the solution of these puzzles requires a specific character’s special abilities, meaning that multiple replays are necessary to get everything.

Unlocking everything in each of these games, though, isn't going to be easy. The Lego series is known equally for the lengthy grinds it takes to get every character.

If players desire to unlock everything in Lego Harry Potter: Years 5-7, for example, they’ll have their work cut out for them. Not only are there dozens of characters (each with different variation), but some of them come at a ridiculous cost. The most expensive of which is none other than Lord Voldemort, who costs a whopping 25 million studs, earning him the title of the most expensive character in any Lego game.

While He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named can use every spell in the game in addition to using parseltongue, this price point is nevertheless a major ask, especially when the same character only cost one million in the previous game.
