4. Dahaka - Prince Of Persia: Warrior Within
The sequel to Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time sees the Prince doggedly pursued by a mysterious, shadowy, time-traveling entity known only as Dahaka.
Dahaka is the guardian of the timeline and tasked with restoring it, showing up periodically to chase and attack the Prince whenever he changes time, with the goal of killing the Prince and restoring order to the timeline. Oh, and he speaks in reverse, too.
Even with the player's own time-manipulating abilities, the considerably more powerful Dahaka is terrifyingly relentless, showing up numerous times to offer up a skill-check to players, ahead of a tricky final boss fight in which players will need to make the absolute most of their time-slowing abilities.
Thankfully Dahaka happens to have a useless weakness, though, being fatally vulnerable to water, allowing the Prince to eventually fell him.
