Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back has a pretty straightforward setup. Basically, the titular hero starts in a hub area called the Warp Room, allowing him to access five levels. After collecting the Crystal in each level, the wacky marsupial squares off against a boss before being transported to the next Warp Room. After collecting each of the 25 Crystals, all Crash has to do is defeat Neo Cortex in a jetpack race (for some reason) to finish the main campaign.

Since Crash 2 should take a few hours to get through, fans should balk upon hearing the world record for winning the game is under 12 minutes. After all, it sounds inconceivable for anyone to get through all 25 levels in such a brief time.

But what if Crash 2 could be beaten without completing every level? What if Crash 2 could be beaten by completing one level?

After entering the Snow Go level first, Crash should head towards the Arrow Crate and bounce on it over 200 times. (as he normally would). After jumping onto an enemy, a strange glitch will occur, bestowing the box-bashing bandicoot with the required 25 Crystals.

After finishing the level, Crash can bypass every Warp Room after beating each boss, reaching the final boss in no time.
