10 Video Games Bosses You Didn't Realise Can Be Defeated Peacefully

9. Taurus Demon - Dark Souls

After getting totally obliterated by most Dark Souls bosses out there, at some point you start to wonder how much fun it would be to do a pacifist run and avoid getting the punching bag treatment.

And while it's not possible to avoid direct combat with every boss in the series, there are some exceptions to the rule, the most well-known being the Taurus Demon from the original game.

The Taurus Demon is a big, hulking heap of muscles that the player encounters on a bridge leading to Undead Parish. The fight with him can be incredibly annoying due to the limited space for you to dodge and run away. However, this problem can actually be used to your advantage, provided you don't care about exploiting the game a little.

Because the Taurus Demon is a bit of a jumpy boy, you can actually position yourself in a way that causes the Taurus Demon to jump off the bridge and right towards his impending doom.

You don't need to lift a finger, and since it was technically him who jumped off the bridge, his death is technically not your fault.
