10 Video Games Everyone LOVED (That Will Never Get Sequels)

9. Alien: Isolation

Creative Assembly's faithful take on the Alien universe was always going to have a rocky start, largely in part to the shamble of Colonial Marines a few years prior.

Which is a shame, as it's such a fantastic and unnerving experience from start to finish. Following Amanda Ripley as she seeks closure over her mother's disappearance, whilst being caught up in a new wave of terror aboard the Sevastopol station.

Given that the station was destroyed in the end, it would unfair to plonk Ripley Junior into another scenario somewhere else. But where else could you go in the rich Alien lore...?

It's a shame, as Isolation really captured the spirit of the first film: the fear of the looming terror, the unknown depths of what they were capable of, as well as those damn terrifying androids. if you've yet to play this 2015 lowkey hit, it's definitely worth a go.
