10 Video Games That Need A Movie Adaptation

9. Dishonored

corvo One of the games from the past year that I thoroughly enjoyed playing through. Now this could take on a few different approaches, the first being what did Corvo do before returning back to the Empress? I doubt this would be too entertaining, mainly due to Corvo not having any of his awesome ninja powers yet. A direct remake of the game onto film could be pretty interesting if it followed the stealth aspect. Personally, I think it would really shine as a sequel to the game. You could pick up your cowl and dagger again to defend the great city of Dunwall again from any manner of new threats. Or the film could explore the relationship between Corvo and the mysterious Outsider. Casting Casting Corvo would be difficult, since we never really see his face or even hear him speak. The floor is pretty open for this one. Tom Hardy would be pretty good at it in my opinion after his spectacular performance in Batman, I always kind of expected Corvo to have some sort of English accent too, just going from the whole steampunk Victorian feel of Dishonored. Likelihood of this being made: 7/10 I could see some big studio wanting to pick this up for adaption, it has a strong storyline based around revenge and in all honesty, it would be quite doable from a studio perspective. It wouldn't have a firm "gamer only" fanbase, I feel the casual cinema goer would really appreciate the story if it was treated right.
