10 Video Games That Reward You For Watching The Credits

Mario’s nemesis Wario has put platforming franchise Wario Land on the backburner of late. Instead, Nintendo’s nose-picking, etiquette-ignoring antihero has more frequently starred in the WarioWare series.

WarioWare: Get It Together is the latest instalment, a September 2021 Nintendo Switch release. Like its predecessors, it’s a madcap microgame compilation, but it added the new quirk of directly controlling characters from the series, each of whom has a different way of approaching each minigame.

The game also features Missions, achievements that earn the player some in-game currency on completion. One of these is called Troll The Credits, and it tasks the player with paying great attention to the credits sequence. As each job title and name appears on screen, the player must blast them away using whichever member of the game’s cast is currently on-screen.

While it isn’t worth many in-game coins, this hilarious little minigame is actually surprisingly challenging. If a single name or job title is missed (and they can move in all kinds of unpredictable ways), the Mission is failed.
