3. Boogerman: A Pick And Flick Adventure

We've all stuck our fingers up our noses at some point and pulled out a big fat green snot when no one is looking. It's disgusting and is shunned in the company of other people, but apparently it's perfectly acceptable to make a game based around it. In fact, Boogerman (that's the strange American name for bogies, if you're a fellow Britonian like moi), dabbles not only in the art of snottery, but also throws in a dash of flatulence and burping for good measure! A side-scrolling shoot-em-up for the Megadrive/Genesis, our hero, Boogerman, is given the power of burping, farting and snots to pursue a mysterious thief to the land of Dimension X-Crement. That totally sounds like the kinda place I'd want to go for my holidays. Hang on while I get my shades. In our modern gaming world where obscure games are certainly not the norm, a title such as this one would stick out like a giant bogie in the middle of a cake. I'd honestly love to go back to the time when this was released and see the reactions of those who saw it, just to see it if it was considered actually normal. Am I starting to sound like I'm making these up yet? I honestly kind of wish I was.
