10 Video Games We LOVE (But Nobody Understands)

1. Kingdom Heart Series

When Kingdom Hearts was first announced, it was met with uncertainty. The marriage of Final Fantasy with Disney seemed like a bizarre choice and fans of each weren't sure if the correlation would pay off.

Ultimately, it did, but lost itself in its own storyline.

What should be a simple clash between the two properties has since transformed into a franchise that requires every previous entry to determine the full story. Including the multiple side entries that reared their head on multiple consoles.

Even the game titles are confusing with entries such as Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days, a Nintendo DS entry which again, provided compelling story lore to the big picture.

With many contrived plot threads involving people stealing hearts and multiple enemy factions such as Organisation 13, everything clashes in a confusing mess.

But the tease of Disney worlds still proves to be a tantalising treat. Spending time in Disney lands such as the world of Toy Story or The Lion King never gets old and brings players back again and again, even if they don't understand the bigger picture.

It's hard to understand, but also hard to dislike for its lovely charm.
