10 Video Games With INSANELY High Completion Rates

3. Heavy Rain - 55.5%

Spider-Man PS4
Quantic Dream

Episodic and "interactive drama" games tend to score higher completion rates due to the simple fact that players are guided along a clear (though not always strictly linear) track to the end, with more minimal gameplay requirements and potentially no fail states whatsoever.

Even so, the performance of Quantic Dream's Heavy Rain is an oddity among these genres, and saw a completion rate of 55.5%, far beyond that of the studio's other games, with their most recent outing Detroit: Become Human landing a still-solid 49.1%.

The fact that Heavy Rain is a few hours shorter than Detroit likely explains the former's lead, with its 10-hour play-time sensibly beatable over the course of a weekend.

Somewhat unsurprisingly, though, only 24.4% of players were able to complete the story with all four main characters still alive. Oops.
