10 Video Games You Didn't Realise Nobody Finished
6. Red Dead Redemption 2
Any game published by Rockstar is practically guaranteed a period of extensive marketing and hordes of sales, and Red Dead Redemption II was no different following its release back in 2019.
And, just like its predecessor, the open world of cowboys roaming around and causing havoc across the American Midwest proved to be a real hit with audiences in the months leading up to the game's release that October.
With a whole nine years between releases and a level of hype behind it that felt unprecedented for the world of gaming, it might surprise some to hear that Red Dead II is actually one of the least completed video games going with only 25% of players having made it all the way through the main storyline.
Just like with every Rockstar release, Red Dead Redemption II is a mammoth game to plough through. Its story takes anywhere between 55-70 hours to roughly grind through, but Rockstar's charming cowboy world is also jam-packed full of distractions that have clearly distracted players since the game's release.
Everything from shootouts to simple horseback rides across the desert and encountering a plethora of colourful characters helps to make Red Dead II's world one of the most compelling, if distracting, worlds in the video gaming community.
