10 Video Games You Didn't Realise Nobody Finished
2. Final Fantasy VI
Released in April 1994, Final Fantasy VI is one of the most acclaimed RPGs ever made. Crowned the second best game in ever released in the genre by IGN in 2017, the game stands out from previous titles in the franchise with its steampunk style and improvements in animations and graphical models.
The wide variety in multi-endings and characters were also singled out for praise by reviewers and fans, and the game reached a level of depth with its plot that arguably no other title in the franchise has surpassed to date. A true giant of the gaming world, it is frequently labelled as being amongst the best games ever released for a Nintendo console.
However, what surprise some is low the game's completion rate is in comparison to other titles in the series. Final Fantasy III, IV and V are all hovering with a completion rate of around 15%, however that number drops to less than 10% for Final Fantasy VI.
With a main story that can take north of 35 hours or so to fully finish, the game is the longest of these, which might go some way in explaining things.
