10 Ways Grand Theft Auto Lied To Us

2. The Jetpack Is Waiting To Be Found In GTA V

The final entry in a number of outright foul play entries by Rockstar to promote further interest in their games and a continuation (probably... possibly) of the Mount Chilliad Mystery. The famous Grand Theft Auto jetpack which is, to the best of our knowledge and extensive googling skills, still completely missing from Grand Theft Auto V. Thought to be the final reward in the worlds most difficult alternate reality game (ARG), the consensus is that once the fact finding and puzzle solving sleuths of the internet have been found worthy then Rockstar will bestow upon the mewling crowds the fan-favourite jetpack; making a return from it's last entry in Grand Theft Auto San Andreas. Recently it has been revealed by anonymous hackers that the jetpack actually is in Grand Theft Auto V... in a manner of speaking. The code for the jetpack is within the game, and has been added onto in previous patches, which strongly suggests that Rockstar intend to release the jetpack at some point in the future as part of a DLC pack or similar method of after release content. As fantastic as it would be to rocket around Los Santos on a jetpack once more, it does not stop the fact that Rockstar are complicit in the lies suggesting that the jetpack could be found in the first place since Grand Theft Auto Vs initial release!
