10 Ways Rockstar Should Make Red Dead Redemption 2

1. Switch To John Marston In The Endgame

Red Dead Redemption - John Marston
Rockstar Games

If there was any complaint shared amongst the Red Dead fandom, it's being forced to play as Jack Marston for the entire endgame. Personally I never had an issue with mini-Marston Jr., but all the same he just wasn't anywhere near as well developed or voiced as big John.

To remedy that, have the story in Red Dead 2 end with a young Jack Marston delivering swift justice to Arthur Morgan (most likely for killing his mother), then have a suitable jump in time to get Marston aged up appropriately and let us play as him, mopping up the game's remaining side-missions in style.

Think about it: We'd have a version of John in the prime of his life, in the best western world gaming has ever seen, with hundreds of missions to seek out, minigames to play and bandits to take out.

Perfect.
