10 Ways Rocksteady Could Make The Perfect Superman Video Game

7. A Smaller Open World

Although it will no doubt be tempting for Rocksteady to go all out and create their biggest sandbox yet for their upcoming release, expanding the scope of their open world design might risk losing the focus that made the studio so special in the first place.

The detail the developer pours into its settings is outstanding, but an increased scale could result in a boring and uninspired landscape for a Superman game that lacks the care and attention the studio is known for. And lets face it, a Rocksteady world that isn't jam-packed with easter eggs and nods to the source material simply wouldn't be a Rocksteady world.

A smaller scope doesn't mean Supes should be confined indoors for the whole title though, and the game could even have multiple, smaller cities to explore that could be accessed by flying from one part of the map to the next.

It might be larger than a setting like Arkham Asylum, but would still allow the devs to maintain the attention to detail and design that made their previous titles so memorable.
